This policy explains what information is collected when you visit yearbuiltguide.com (the “site”), how it is used and what choices you have. The site is run by Mario Rodríguez. Contact: contact@yearbuiltguide.com.
Information we collect
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the visit. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
- Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply.
- House Age Decoder. The year and state you enter are processed in your browser to build your checklist. They are not sent to us or stored by us. They may appear in the page address (for example #year=1972) so you can bookmark or share the result.
The site has no user accounts and no comment forms.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The site itself does not need cookies to work. Third parties, including advertising partners, may set cookies as described below.
Advertising and Google AdSense

The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
